Kelly Supports
Ethical growth versus overdevelopment
Infrastructure and roads need to catch up with the building going on in Greenville County. Growth needs to be planned and supported through proper roads and utilities.
Transparency in Budgeting and Finances
Budgets should be done annually and it should be clear what is being spent within each budget. An outside forensic audit should be done to ensure monies spent are coming from the correct budgetary categories.
Pro-Life, Pro-2nd Amendment, Parental Rights in public education
The protection of children in every aspect of life, religious freedom, and medical freedom are all important to me – We live in America!
Constitutional Conservatism
I believe in our constitution. Every word of it.
Kelly Will Fight To
- Repeal and lower property taxes for Greenville County citizens.
- Refund fees or give tax credits to Greenville County residents for fees illegally charged as outlined by a lawsuit filed in 2021 and determined unconstitutional by the SC Supreme Court.
- Ensure our taxpayers are treated fairly and permitted to speak on issues at council meetings.
- Help our communities and taxpayers become more informed.
